1 1/2 C sugar 1 egg 1 t vanilla 1 C pumpkin 1/2 t salt 1 t baking powder 1 t baking soda 1 t nutmeg 1 t cinnamon 2 1/2 C flour 2 C chocolate chips Cream the butter and sugar, then beat in eggs. Alternately add half the pumpkin, mix in, add half the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips), mix in, add the rest of the pumpkin, mix, add the rest of the ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes, or until the cookies just become firm and begin to brown. Cookies will not spread or flatten during cooking. |
